I'm not so sure about that.
There are alot of Brazilian women where I live. Many are very into fitness and I'm taiking weights - not cardio. Combined with their natural propensity for thighs and booty's, plus my feeling that 'thigh enlargement' via injectables would be very tricky to get even-looking, leads me to believe that while the butt gets alot of modification, the thighs are more often than not - natural.
